— Sharing the Moonlight and Cultural Joy
On October 22, 2025, the ESCP Confucius Institute successfully hosted a warm and joyful Mid-Autumn Festival celebration at the Champerret Campus. The event brought together international students, faculty, and guests to experience the beauty of one of the most beloved Chinese traditional festivals.
The celebration began with an introduction to the origins and cultural significance of the Mid-Autumn Festival — a time symbolizing reunion, remembrance, and blessings. Participants then took part in a variety of cultural experiences that showcased the richness of Chinese traditions.
Participants were invited to try on traditional-style clothing to appreciate the elegance of Chinese attire.
At the calligraphy corner, they practiced brush writing and created beautiful Chinese characters, earning arrows to join the pitch-pot game.
The poetry reading and cultural quiz engaged everyone in a lively and interactive way, while the ring toss and pitch-pot games brought laughter and excitement throughout the event.
Small prizes and festive snacks were also prepared, allowing everyone to enjoy moments of surprise and delight in a relaxed atmosphere.

The celebration not only deepened participants’ understanding of Chinese culture but also strengthened bonds among international students and staff from diverse backgrounds. Under the bright full moon, everyone shared friendship, joy, and the spirit of cultural exchange.
The ESCP Confucius Institute will continue to organize more cultural events, building bridges of understanding and friendship, and allowing more people to experience the charm and vitality of Chinese culture.
