The Standard Chinese HSK are designed for those who wish to make continuous progress starting from basics on general Chinese skills and Cultural elements.

Numerous possibilities

The Standard Chinese HSK customize plenty of understanding, writing and speaking opportunities to focus, develop language (Mandarin) skills and use them in speech with maximum fluency and accuracy fitted to your level.

Four levels available

We divide the courses into 4 levels according to the requirements of the HSK, standardized test of Standard Chinese (a type of Mandarin Chinese) language proficiency of China for non-native speakers:

True Beginner

Standard Chinese HSK 1

This course, for true beginners, is divided in two parts and cover 150 words and 45 language points required by the HSK Level 1 test, internationally recognized of the Chinese Proficiency.

Standard Chinese HSK 2

This course, for beginners, is divided in two parts and introduce a total of 300 words and “way of saying” (including those at HSK1) required by the HSK Level 2 test, internationally recognized of the Chinese Proficiency.

Standard Chinese HSK 3

This course, for intermediates, is divided in three parts and a total of 600 (of Level 2 and 3) words and language points required by the HSK Level 3 test are included.

Standard Chinese HSK 4

This course, for avanced chinese speakers, is divided in three parts and include 30 lessons, covering about 1200 words (of Levels 3 and 4) and the detailed explanations of 50 language points and 10 groups of confusable phrases.

Courses and Parts

In order to offer you a high degree of pedagogical excellence and to ensure meticulous follow-up, each level is divided into several distinct parts: the Standard Chinese HSK 1 and HSK 2 courses have two parts and the Standard Chinese HSK 3 and HSK 4 courses consist of three parts.

Each part lasts 15 hours spread over three months on weekdays from 6.30 p.m to 8.00 p.m. There are three intakes each year: mid-January, mid-April and mid-September. With a group of 6-14 person, you would have more opportunities to practice and interact.

At the end of the courses corresponding to the beginner levels, it is possible to take the HSK1 or HSK2 test to obtain a certificate. For the intermediate and advanced levels, it is recommended to make more effort by following intensive preparation courses.
