This course is designed for those who get in touch with Chinese language around business topics and wish to develop oral communication skills first and foremost.
It’s particularly suitable for those who have a busy schedule but have strong learning needs for career development, and international friends who hope to learn Chinese and explore China.
The course focus mainly on communicative Chinese, allowing those who get in touch with Chinese language to develop oral communication skills around business topics. According to the different levels, the topics are varied to satisfy the needs of communication in situations such as meeting, mission trip, official business diner, etc.
Upon finishing this course, students will be able to “know the general langue learning principles and common procedures of international business practice, improve the business Chinese proficiency and inter-culture business communication competence”.
The Course stresses appropriateness and authenticity of the language, richness and diversity of the content, and emphasizes the functions of the language context through tasks in order to simulate learners to use the language to accomplish the tasks and improve their communicative abilities.
Each course has 10 sessions spread over three months on weekdays from 18:30-20 in the evening. There are three intakes each year: mid-January, mid-April and mid-September. With a maximum of 10 person, you would more chance to develop oral comprehension and expression skills and get to know the minds of the Chinese people in business situations.
